Meet Ellie-Rose - Founder.
I grew up playing tennis more than anything else. I was always moving, always competing, always learning how to work hard without overthinking it. Those years shaped me more than I realised at the time.
After that I went into journalism and ended up reporting for ITV News. It was a wild jump from the tennis court to standing in front of a camera, but it taught me how to understand people, how to tell a story properly and how to stay calm when life gets loud.
Over time I realised I didn’t actually want the traditional career path everyone expected me to follow. I wanted more freedom. I wanted to work in a way that felt like me. And I wanted to help other people build things they cared about too.
That’s really how ERG Management started.
I’m not flashy. I’m not corporate. I care about the people I work with, and I care about doing things properly. I like making things clearer, simpler and better than they were before.
