MEET THE FOUNDER

I started in marketing. Then I became a journalist. Spent four years reporting for ITV News, chasing stories, asking the big questions, and learning how to get to the heart of things fast. It was a wild ride, but I knew I didn’t want to build someone else’s dream forever.

So I left and started ERG.

This whole thing was born out of curiosity. That’s the thread that’s run through everything I’ve ever done. Wanting to understand people. Wanting to learn. Wanting to figure things out from the inside out.

I genuinely believe there’s no excuse not to teach yourself something these days, everything’s online. You just have to care enough to go looking.

That’s the energy we bring into every project. We don’t pretend to know it all…but we will always find a way to make it happen. And make it great.
